Founded in July 2001, Handworks was established by Alessandra Origgi, a Harvard graduate in Economics, with a vision to elevate the standards of children's wear manufacturing.
What began as a cutting-only factory quickly evolved into a multi-style cutting and sewing establishment, driven by Alessandra's foresight and commitment to excellence.
Inspired by her own children, Alessandra launched Zuccini Kids, Handworks' signature apparel line. Through Zuccini Kids, Handworks showcases its exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and industry-leading turnaround times—demonstrating the quality, creativity, and reliability that define our manufacturing excellence.
Today, under Alessandra's leadership, Handworks continues to grow while remaining true to the personalized attention, exceptional craftsmanship, and boutique-level service that define who we are.
